As a technical support engineer, your main task is to solve hardware and software problems independently through our ticket system or phone quickly, efficiently, and accurately. You are responsible for providing professional technical support as well as high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive monitoring of alerts (Eg: Email, SMS, Dashboard,...) through and taking action as per the statement of work defined
- Manage/track incidents reported by customers and alerts generated by the system.
- Collaborate with L1 and L3 team to investigate and resolve the issue, provide the incident report, manage incident tickets
- Maintain server credentials, key/password rotation, SSL certifications (tracking Certificate expiry and reporting, renewal of certificates)
- Perform deployment, patching, monitoring, and other maintenance support activities to the servers with support from DevOps and the application team.
- Review and implement Azure/AWS cloud optimization/recommendations
- Prepare documents for the operation activities: Process documents, technical documents, checklists, FAQs
- Meeting with the project team, provide clarification for incidents, requests, problems,
changes, and other issues.

- Experiences in System Admin, IT Helpdesk, IT Support, L2 Support, or similar position
- Good skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues
- Careful, hardworking, responsive, and supportive
- Experiences working with Cloud services (AWS/Azure). Understanding domain registration, DNS, SSL certificates, and email flow
- Understanding types of network devices and server equipment, like firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, storage, etc...
- Proficient in operating Linux Server and Windows server
- Proficient in configuration and using monitor tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger,...)
- Proficient in configuring and monitoring application servers (e.g., IIS, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat,...)
- Proficient in operating database systems (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle,...)
- Passion and enthusiasm for supporting an international team, willingness to learn new things
- Able to communicate in English fluently
