Main duties 1:
- Responsibilities for administrative and manage job
- Monitoring and making sure KRAs of IT service (Level of Service, User satisfaction, Time for response request, miss call ratio acceptable).
- Coordinate with other local provider (IT service lines) for figuring out requirement of technology request or supporting for fit able business requirement for operate and develop of bank.
- Investigate ratio of user satisfaction and dis-appointed after service support.
- Analyze, review and proposal suggest for advice and co-ordinate to improve support service.
- Promote, build Capex/Apex budget according to working plan and manage cost for department operate.
- Monitoring and control investment for department and IT projects, compliance with investment procedure and asset control.
- Involve direct or in-direct with making procedure/ manual, guideline for IT services.
- Build strategy for announcement and establish communication channels to other related parties for impact/incident/ other matter of services.
- Deploy and integrated infrastructure system from small to big, from simple to complex to delivery for every desirable IT services for IT Infrastructure of Bank-wide.
- Reported periodically for IT Infrastructure Head
Main duties 2:
- Responsibilities for risk and compliance managements
- Control and ensure all departments operate comply with policy, regulation and procedure guidelines already published.
- Proactive recognize risk of department while operating and co-ordinate with other departments for building methodology measurement, evaluate, mitigate risk.
Main duties 3:
- Manage IT services
- Building finance plan (OPEX, CAPEX) for annual year.
- Make sure operating cost for department in scope of Bank’s budget approved and evaluated effective of service cost
- Support for gap and risk follow PCI DSS
- Deploy maintenance IT system (extend maintenance contract and support in time)
