Glohow is a global game business partner who is dedicated to shining a spotlight on various contents and bringing their businesses to a global level. We established in December 2016 and became a subsidiary of Kakao Games in 2019.
Currently we’re expanding our business and seeking a Game planner (Designer) who can proceed with both level design and system planning for our in-house development game projects. Responsibilities
- Developing and refining core gameplay mechanics and systems such as character progression, combat systems, resource management, etc.
- Ensuring that game systems are well-balanced to provide players with fair and enjoyable experiences.
- Collaborating with developers to create technical specifications and requirements for implementing game systems.
- Testing implemented game systems, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to improve gameplay.
- Creating documentation and guidelines for game systems to facilitate communication and understanding among team members.

Minimum Qualifications
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of the casual gaming industry.
- Advanced Excel skills plus business software intelligence skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Korean with fluency.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, and capable of managing work under a tight timeline.
- An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in utilizing game engines such as Unity.
- Experience in game QA/PM roles will be preferred.
- Major in or having basic understanding of Mathematics.
- Experience in game release or live service.
