Helix Mesh is currently offering an exciting permanent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator based in Ho Chi Minh City. This position will be responsible for develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities, create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the Marketing Manager, support with Business Development and reports to the Marketing Manager.
Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan)
Salary: From 15 Million - Under 22 Million VND / Month (Gross)
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Working time: Full-time (9:00am - 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
Essential Functions:
- Support marketing day-to-day operations.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Successfully work in collaboration with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities, create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Assist with social media and community management.
- Support the use and development of internal tools, including project management software, tracking capability, use of marketing material database, and websites.
- Assist in the coordination of special events.
- Assist with maintaining CRM software.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
- 3+ years of content marketing experience (1-2 years in crypto) with a focus on SEO and digital channels.
- Technology, SAAS, Web3, or blockchain-related experience preferred.
- Key competencies are initiative, communication, teamwork, and dependability.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- A creative mind with superb English written and verbal communication skills. With the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and channels.
- Knowledge and understanding of strategies and tactics for both B2B and B2C environments
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and remote global team environment.
- Creative and innovative.
Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite, Google Suite.
- Graphic design ( Figma, photoshop, Canva…)
- Video editing (Able to do basic video creation and editing.
- Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Discord, Telegram)
- Email Automation ( Mailchimp, Hubspot …)
