- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Apply a user-centered design approach and prototype solutions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, site maps, and information architecture to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proven experience in designing web and mobile applications for fintech.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
