• Develop an understanding of our users & their needs through qualitative and quantitative user research, User behavior data analysis, interviews, empathy, experimentation, prototyping, and usability testing
• Work closely with the talented product & design team while contributing to a very strong product culture, vision, and product thinking
• Be a Strong believer and facilitator of the ‘Impact Driven Prioritization’ and Experimentation driven execution
• Bringing a fresh perspective to the Travala design systems while creating efficient workflows, improving our user-centered design practice and impact of design outcomes
• Partner with the product managers to infuse product with a balanced approach towards achieving Users Goals & Business Goals
• Build and Improve Travala’s new & existing products and features with the design process
• Manage & contribute towards marketing workflow requiring the team’s support, understand their needs including creatives, landing pages, email designs etc.
• Familiarize yourself & gradually Champion the concepts of the Crypto Ecosystem
• Help the product team thrive in designing & delivering compelling products in a high growth, fast paced agile environment
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• An exceptionally talented, thoughtful experienced designer who is inspired and intelligently curious about Travel and Crypto Industry
• 5+ years of full-time professional experience (in-house designer) in applying User Experience design methods and techniques for digital or web-based products.
• A clear communicator - with solid design brainstorming abilities, visual and written skills with a strong verbal command of the English language
• Knowledge and willingness in developing, implementing and/or maintaining a design system
• Ability to document and communicate design ideas and solutions clearly to the product teams and solution integrators
• Proficiency in UX ideation, Designing, and prototype tooling - specifically Figma
• Experience in the Travel Industry and (or) Crypto space is a PLUS!
