We are looking for an HR & Admin manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR & Admin manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process,
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Total Rewards: Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases; participate in salary surveys and conduct necessary analyses to provide to CEO and HOD with decisions about the organization compensation and benefit programs.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Performance Appraisal: Develop and implement performance management and development processes. Provide support/guidelines and training on the appraisal processes to line managers and department heads to access their staff in a fairness manner and to staff to complete their KPIs in line with the department and corporate objectives.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
• University degree upwards in Economic, Business Administration or HR management.
• Knowledge of E-commerce Industry (preferred).
• At least 5-year working experience in working with data analytics and scorecards monitoring.
• Ability in coaching, consulting others and convincing skills.
• Good and effective communication skills.
• Conversant in English communication including verbal and written.
• Project management, emotional intelligence, business acumen and facilitation.
