IT Project Manager

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within defined scopes and given resources. Our projects’ domains ranging widely from seasonal campaigns, new product development and internal process improvement.
Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams to achieve the one goal which was set.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and partners for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, under the standards of quality;
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to board of management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with partners and all stakeholders;
• Be the key contact to all the info in and out during the project progressing;
• Perform risk estimation/ management to minimize project risks;
• Review and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Continuously contribute and advocate to improve internal processes, documents and tooling.
