To accelerate the further business expansion for not only Japanese market but also the global market in the long run, we are going to start product development in Vietnam!
Overview
Your first mission is to lead a new development team of Peraichi. The first project is “Reborn” which is rebuilding the legacy system into micro-service based application with Vietnamese colleagues. Cooperating Engineering Managers of Japanese HQ, you will develop the product and make technical decision for your product. In the long run, you are expected to lead the multiple development teams toward Peraichi’s business scaling as an Engineering Manager or TechLead.
Main technology
- Ruby on Rails for backend
- Vue.js, Typescript for frontend
- AWS(EC2, ECS) for infrastructure
Responsibility
- Guaranteeing the products quality, high availability, and high throughput for long term business impact and customers experience
- Working DevOps of various services, and partnering solutions
- Providing guidance for new members, and mentoring to junior members
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Basic Qualification
- Ability to discuss in English with multi regional coworkers
- Experience in guiding or managing members
- Experience in defining service issues, technical issues, team’s issues and solving them
- Experience in developing web-based application in multiple frameworks (fluent in at least 2 of the following: Laravel, CakePHP, Ruby on Rails, NestJs, Django, etc.)
- Experience in designing and tuning complex relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience in designing and implementing asynchronous process using event streaming service such as Kafka
- Strong documentation skill
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Ruby, Typescript
- Experience in improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL
- Experience in pair programming and/or mob programming
- Experience in working with cloud computing such as AWS
Screening Criteria
- Proactive action for the enhancing the development teams technically and collaboratively
- Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork
- High interest in learning and using new technology
