Your role & responsibilities
Available to work fixed night shifts onsite (10PM-7AM)
Contact global customers via phone and email to gather detailed information on their technical issues.
Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, and performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.
Resolves or escalates multiple and varied customer issues, and documents technical work and research.
Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
Attends readiness training and non-technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics.
Identifies potential defects and escalates to more senior engineers to resolve them.
Attends case triage meetings or case discussions to collaborate and share ideas to resolve problems.
Your skills & qualifications
Strong proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher)
Willingness to work fixed night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
5 days work week, 2 unfixed days off
A genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow within the industry.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
Benefits for you
Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from 18 to 24 million VND gross (excluding 30% night shift bonus)
30% allowance on gross salary from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance for night shift employees.
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
Training will be offered in 1st month.
Full working equipment will be provided
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
12 days of annual leave, and 8 days of sick leave
Annual Health Checkup.
