About the role
The Platform Engineering Team at SMG - Real Estate is responsible for providing both the tools our development teams use to manage the lifecycle of our product and the experience of using them.
What you will do
As a Frontend Platform Engineer, you will:
- Work with our engineers to understand the challenges they face and how to improve their experience.
- Leverage your own knowledge to help understand how to deliver the best frontend development platform and tooling, improving the productivity and satisfaction of our teams.
- Help define processes, frameworks and best practices for front-end development.
- Implement the frontend of internal facing solutions used by our engineers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must-have's
- Strong English communication skills
- 2+ years of Typescript
- Experience with frontend development and frameworks like Vue and/or React
- Experience implementing frontend tests
- You want to work helping engineers to be more productive and have the best possible experience at work
Nice-to-have's
- Back-end / full stack
- Worked previously in the areas of Developer Experience or Platform Engineering
- Familiarity with AWS and integrating frontends with AWS Lambda
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and implementing pipelines to deploy frontends
