Model Based Development (Mbd) Engineer

• Perform plant modelling and controller development to prove-out new vehicle features and electronic functions.
• Carry out mathematical modelling of physical systems and develop models with Plug and Play architecture.
• Perform Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) and model-based MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL validations for system functionality. Functional Test Cases preparation from requirements and coverage-based Test case generation from Model using tools like Simulink Design Verifier (SLDV).
• Implement automated testing tools to validate models through simulation and model checking.
• Perform expert level review, resolve and debug the model design issues, design challenges and ensure conformance of the model standards (AUTOSAR, ISO26262, MISRA) and guidelines.
• Generate automatic production code using EC/RTW/Target-link optimized for the product architecture.
• Investigate requirements and design solutions, generate value-addition by leveraging model-based-design in Automotive Technology Development Process.
• Requirement analysis & Model Based algorithm Development (MBD) using MATLAB, Simulink
• Software design with Enterprise Architect tool
• Auto code generation using dSPACE Targetlink tool or relevant. AutoSAR configuration in Davinci tools or relevant and AutoSAR compliant code generation
• Test automation using m-scripting, Python, or any scripting language.
• Integration of auto generated software with Application software.
