Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT equipment and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT support services.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years working experience in IT Support role.
- Proven experience working in an IT support role, providing technical assistance to end-users.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- English communication.
