Mô Tả Công Việc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap for the development of AI and Data products in securities services.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of product priorities and objectives.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
- Translate product specifications into specific user stories accompanied by well-defined acceptance criteria for the development teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric product experiences
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AI and data industry, staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends.
- Drive continuous improvement through iteration and feedback loops, optimizing products for usability and performance.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of features.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI and data-related products.
- In-depth understanding of AI, data platform, data analytics, CRM/CDP, and related domains.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Passion for innovation and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
- Knowledge of the securities industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape, is a plus.
