OBJECTIVESWe are looking for a Product Portfolio Manager who is responsible for all aspects of products and overall PMAX’s product portfolio, such as planning, selecting features, and solving problems for PMAX’s products. As a Product Portfolio Manager of PMAX, you will be running the Product management program, from design, strategy, to implementation. You will be building the product organization with product managers and executives, you will work closely with business units to continuously launch new products, to monitor and optimize existing products, you will work with BOD to develop product portfolio strategy, work with each product manager to develop specific product strategy, driving our product roadmap and ensuring client satisfaction, together with driving outstanding business results for PMAX. JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the overall strategic roadmap to build fantastic customer experiences
Design Product department with its complete operations program
Work with each product manager to develop specific product vision, strategy and implementation roadmap to support the delivery of corporate goals and objectives
Lead idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition
Work with other departments to develop, launch, monitor and optimize product performances
Regularly reassess product priorities to ensure that the overall corporate and business strategies are delivered.
Define product metrics and follow up rigorously to deliver outcome
Use dashboard data, clients’ and business partners’ feedback and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements for our product portfolio
Work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
Assess new business opportunities to justify new projects and feature development.
Identify creative ways to ensure high standards of QA are put in place to guarantee quality output
Build product manager program, to recruit, train and assess performance to develop product people pipeline

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification:
Must Have
At least 3+ years of working experience in product management, Digital marketing, Ecommerce, or SaaS
Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
Experience in Product strategy development
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
Advanced analytical skills & problem-solving skills
Track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
Good To Have
Expertise in CRM, data solution, martech
Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
