Project Manager (English)

Aviron, a Y-combinator company, is an experience-driven connected rowing machine built on an advanced gaming platform. We are excited to grow our team and share our vision of creating a leading fitness entertainment platform that motivates via gaming psychology and tech.

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and transfer it with development team concisely and clearly.
• Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development.
• Work with Product Manager to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Establish and manage project schedules and detailed work plans to ensure that all parties stay on track with project requirements, deadlines, and programs.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Knowledge of the game development process
• Provide reports, clear updates on the development of projects, know how to describe issues and necessary actions to stakeholders.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
