Mô Tả Công Việc
- Managing project from initial to closing stages, including project planning, executing, monitoring and control
- Accountable for the successful delivery of project. To coordinate with other project parties to make sure that the projects meet counterparts’ requirements & satisfaction.
- Coordinate with talent manager, sales, counterpart for resource staffing request
- Coordinate with Technical Team in project technical matter.
- Coordinate with QMM group to define/tailoring software development process, guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized
- To organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
- To produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad hoc)
- Oversight multiple projects under one customer / portfolio.
- Take bid owner for complicated opportunity
- Contribute to train/mentor/coach Project Managers
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct and maintain contracts
- Ensure project’s knowhow and project’s resources retention
- Provide project performance checkpoints and participate in annual review for all project’s members
- Build SMEs, Topic Experts, etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager role.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technologies/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering... or related fields.
- Project Management experience for both test and development project
- Strong at project management, risk management.
- Have experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Have experience in full-cycle project management, ideally starting with requirements gathering, proposal preparation, integration of partner solutions/products, as well as planning (project plan, resource allocation, cost calculation), supporting sales and pre-sales when required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical experience in Software development and Automation such as: Java, .Net, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Automation Test, ...
- Experience of handling a team 10 to 30 people.
