Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, and activities related to teams
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks (Scrum, KANBAN)
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
- Guide development teams to higher Agile maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Building resources in a cross-functional team

You should be:
- Experienced more than 5 years as a Project Manager
- Experience in a scrum master role and KANBAN leader
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification or PMP is a valuable plus
- Experience with MES is highly preferable
And have:
- A solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SLDC)
- Experience with requirements elicitation through interviews
- The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at any given point
- Experience working on projects of various sizes and scopes, as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, and relationship-building
- A proven track record of understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve desired results
- Experience with process engineering and system design is an asset
Other requirements:
- Some flexibility of working hours as required based on business and departmental needs
- Occasional travel may be required
- Minimal physical demands, with most time spent sitting/standing in an office environment; manual dexterity required for computer usage
- Significant visual and mental concentration
