As an Automation QA Lead, you will be responsible for handling certain projects and work directly with our US stakeholder. That’s year one. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our new project web application PIPELINE and interactive Tool (Pathway & LBM) have been designed from the ground up to provide easy and flexible solutions for customer’s business. PIPELINE delivers:
- Full master-plan estimates with delta Bills Of Materials reports
- Purchase orders from lot-specific, as-built reports
- Managing options for all assets relating to houses, communities and lots
- Option-on-option scenarios
- Full array of materials using dynamic assemblies

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Technical Solution (70%)
- Assist with integrating test automations with the continuous integration build environment
- Use Selenium to develop test scripts for automation test and design automation framework.
- Develop automation framework components in order to reduce test cycles and overall time to market
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a repository of regression automation test cases
- Own automation test script development and execution, data sourcing or data provisioning, defect analysis, and ensure that proper test result documentation and processes are followed as per the test strategy
- Develop Performance Test for Multi-Clients & Servers to ensure the system stable & smooth
- Research new technology in Automation Testing and apply to projects
- Develop Automated In-House Tools to reduce working time for Business Projects
- In charge of the implementation of new technologies and providing recommendations and inform stakeholders about potential threats.
- Responsible for all technical items regarding to automation Test
- Responsible for Automation frameworks of all projects
- Project execution (20%)
- Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting.
- Build the process in order to manage the service’s progress and result. Using the tool: Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira to track the workload. Building the evaluation Criteria to keep track and evaluate the contribution
- Review, analyze the software requirements then develop the manual test cases before starting to develop the automation scripts
- Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, QA Lead, BA, and Scrum Master to make sure the project executing smoothly.
- Discuss with Scrum Team to Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements tops the business analyst's list of responsibilities.
- Leadership (10%)
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.
- Be in charge of employee performance reviews and the company’s Objectives.
- Allocate resource to appropriated projects
- Mentor, coach and train member

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- TOEIC 600 or Relevant / ISTQB certificate
- Good verbal and written communication in English is required.
- Minimum 5 years in developing Automation Test for software project
- 2+ years Release Management Experience preferred
- 2+ years Windows System Administration Experience preferred
- Advance knowledge of packaging software for release
- Advanced understanding of web technologies
- Ability to review / analyze software requirements & hands-on experience in developing manual test cases & automation
- Azure or Other Web Deployment & Testing Environments
- Strong technical knowledge either of C#/.NET, VB.NET, HTML, JS and CSS
- Basic knowledge of SQL, experience in version control system such as GIT
- Being familiar with using TestComplete / Micro Focus UFT / QuickTest Pro tool, CI/CD is preferable
- Ability to develop test automation frameworks or to use test automation frameworks and tools as any of follow:
- Web Services API Testing Tools
- Selenium Automated Testing Platform
- Native Apps Automation: Appium (is preferrable)
- Load and Performance Testing: Jmeter
