QA Manager (Automation/ Manual)

Responsibilities
● Manage QA team, leading, training, motivating and reviewing team members
● Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
● Develop, execute and maintain software test plans
● Develop and execute detailed test procedures and test cases
● Generate test report to manager and customer
● Collaborate with developer to identify and solve product issue
● Research principle and new technologies on QC
● Cooperate with other team member to complete projects on time
