We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing team of skilled professionals. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly web applications that meet our clients' needs and business objectives.
You should be an experienced and tech-savvy professional with a passion for front-end development and a curiosity about new digital technologies. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with our design and back-end development teams to create appealing and functional web applications that are optimized for performance and scalability.
Location

- Or on-site in Tokyo, Japan
Contract and Salary Expectation
- 3 months probationary period
- Up to 10 days of paid leave annually
- Performance review every 6 months
Responsibilities
- Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web experiences
- Maintain and improve application
- Optimize applications for performance and usability
- Design mobile-based features
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
- Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
- Ensure high quality standards and brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have
- +5 years proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Experience with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, Javascript, Tailwind CSS)
- Experience with multiple frameworks (e.g. ReactJS, VueJS)
- Experience with browser testing and debugging
- Experience with development tools (e.g. Git, Github, Docker)
- Experience with software like Adobe Suite
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in English
- Excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Great attention to detail
- Organizational skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity integrating third party APIs
- Can communicate in Japanese with our internal teams
- Experience developing and operating SaaS products and services
- Familiarity with back-end development
