Job Description:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be a key member in helping our clients achieve their aims of enriching their customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are responsible for the delivery of the following services:
- Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automated and triggered campaigns.
- Execute audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL and Automation Studio.
- Estimate the effort required to implement proposed solutions. Monitor the technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot as necessary.
- Build and maintain solution-related and campaign-related documentation.
- Participate in consultative discussions with our client partners on goals and challenges, contributing to solving our client’s requirements.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems, databases, or third-party applications.
- Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using the most up-to-date SFMC tools and technologies.
- Implement and configure marketing cloud automation journeys, email campaigns, landing pages, and personalized content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

- At least 2~3 years of Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and key functionalities.
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder…
- Cloudpage
- API development
- Understanding web technologies MUST HAVE solid skills with HTML, SQL queries, AMPScript, SSJS
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, deploying marketing automation campaigns for real-world marketing initiatives.
- Passion for continuous learning
- Teamwork and collaboration is needed
It would be even better if you have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Specialist) or any.
- Salesforce Sale Cloud or Service Cloud experience
- Working in Korean time (07:00 AM ~ 04:30 PM VST)

2. Working Environment
