Strategy Execution:
- Support in market research, competitors research, and user research activities (both primary and secondary)
- Support in brainstorming and defining product position that adheres to the business objectives. Orchestrate other departments in strategy/ tactics planning to ensure the product position is well-understood and translated into actions.
- Support in business modelling and synthesizing information into reliable deliveries, ready for presentation to senior executives and heads of departments.
Operation Excellence:
- Support business operation activities to ensure timely operational deliveries.
- Represent the business team to take prompt coordination action for arising product operation issues reported by the Customer Service team or Technical team.
- Work with the growth marketing team to cross-check and quality-check monthly promotional campaigns and communication tactics.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure product consistency with business objectives.
- Synthesize monthly budget plans and monitor actual spending. Understand and be able to calculate key cost metrics to prove budget effectiveness (e.g., CPU, CAC, etc.)
- Track business metrics and support in data cleaning and data analysis for bi-monthly/ monthly business reports.
- Support other tasks in working with the internal team and partners.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business management, product management, project management, marketing, or operations
- Resilient, humble, confident, and portrays a can-do attitude.
- Native Vietnamese with excellent English skills.
- Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Financial Service products, marketing analytics, and data analytics will be a huge plus.
- Prior internship in Strategy/ Growth/ Business Development is a plus. Previous experience at a Tech company is preferred.
