Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and exceptional project management abilities.
- Conduct thorough business analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into strategic project plans aligned with our mission of improving manufacturing in Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Utilize data analytics and business process optimization techniques to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and promoting knowledge sharing.

- Experience in Software / Digital Product Management, ideally shipping multi-products / modules in B2B or SaaS or relevant experience like Operational Excellence
- Tracked records of delivering successful features / products that achieve key business outcomes
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and potential applications.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and improving business processes in the manufacturing industry.
