Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our mental health tech start-up. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our innovative platform. Your expertise in React, Golang, and AWS will be essential in creating a seamless user experience, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications, and driving the technical direction of our product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of our mental health tech platform, taking ownership of the software development life cycle, from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React - NextJS, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for our users.
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems using Golang, including the development of RESTful APIs, mono-repo, and clean architecture.
- Implement and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on AWS and Cloudflare to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- maintain and establish efficient CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full-stack development, and apply them to enhance our platform's functionality and performance.

- Experience in the start up environment is a big plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating successful delivery of complex software projects.
- Strong proficiency in React-NextJS, with a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, component-based architecture, and state management.
- Expertise in Golang for back-end development, including experience with building scalable APIs, working with databases like PostgreSQL, and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and hands-on experience with core services such as App Runner, EC2, S3, RDS, Cognito, Lightsail, SES.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
- Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
