Job Summary
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge Mixed Reality and AI products. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting comprehensive tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement QA/QC Strategy:
- Design, develop, and implement a robust quality assurance and quality control strategy for our Mixed Reality and AI products
- Establish testing frameworks, methodologies, and processes to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Test Planning and Execution:
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Execute tests, analyze results, and identify defects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of issues to the development team.
Automated Testing:
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Continuously enhance automated test suites to cover new features and functionalities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Communicate effectively to cross-functional teams regarding testing status, issues, and recommendations.
Bug Tracking and Documentation:
- Utilize bug tracking systems to log, monitor, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.
- Document test results, defect reports, and overall quality assurance status for management and stakeholders.
Performance Optimization:
- Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize product performance.
- Work closely with the development team to address performance-related issues and enhance product efficiency.

What the successful candidate will do
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a focus on Mixed Reality and AI products.
- Experience in AR and VR testing
- Proficient in using QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and experience with automated testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing processes, and defect life cycle.
- Experience in performance testing and optimization for Mixed Reality and AI applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Have knowledge with CI/CD, TDD, BDD
- Have knowledge with APIs, microservices
