Maintenance of IT Infrastructure like
- Windows Servers, ADS, DNS,DHCP, Desktop, Laptop, MAC Support, Hardware & Networking, Firewall, Anti-virus,G Suite, VC etc..
- File Server Backup (User Data Backup, Mail Backup and manage automatic Storage backup).
- Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop, G Suite related and Printers etc..
- Hardware & Networking Switches, RAID concept, Wi-Fi Device etc..
- Monitoring CCTV Cameras in Head office and Warehouse
- Maintaining IT Product equipments, Licenses details, IT Asset details.
- G Suite Mail configurations, troubleshooting, Checking SPAM, Quarantine Mails etc..
- Troubleshooting of G Suite Mail, Desktops, Laptop, Networking & Firewall etc..
- OS configuration, Antivirus Updating Server & all clients, Google Workspace Configuration.
- Knowledge of Vendor coordination, IT equipments procurement.
- Knowledge of networking service provider leased line and broadband connection.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience) in Software/Computer/Network Engineering
- 2+ years of technical experience
- Strong hands-on experience working in production environments for administration and monitoring
- Working with high volume of data transactions, real-time data systems, data processing, storage, and analysis.
- Ability to apply data encryption technique and always keep data in secure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented – Ready to assist the team at all time.
- Ability to work independently with self-disciplined.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
- Self-driven and motivated to learn new technologies.
