- Estimate and define test plan/ strategy for assigned products
- Lead a test team and control testing progress and quality
- Support and review testing artifacts from team members
- Contribute to agile teams for product requirement and documentation
- Perform testing activities with in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities at personal, team and organization levels
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1+ years of experience in web and/or mobile app testing
- Solid skills and knowledge of testing process and techniques
- Experience in leading one or several team member is a plus
- Automation test skill is required for leader level
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication and documentation
- Having passion in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
- Hands-on experience in API backend testing using tools Postman & Rest Assured API.
