The Systems Compliance Administrator I is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Windows patch levels on servers and workstations, diagnosing and troubleshooting Windows patching and SCCM/Intune client errors, and ensuring compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPS. This role works closely with the global compliance team, focusing on identifying compliance breaches and applications requiring updates in the Vietnam environment. It's crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of the IT environment while also supporting business operations. The role requires flexibility to support pre-scheduled after-hours or weekend work and support.Your role & responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation OS
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching and SCCM and Intune client errors
Manage, monitor, and maintain all 3rd party programs on servers and workstations and keep them in compliance
Manage, monitor, and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPS
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Patching, SCCM Client Failure, and Intune client issues
Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on compliance status. Present findings and recommendations to local leadership and the Senior Manager, Regional IT (APAC). Foster open communication channels within the IT team and across departments.
Assist in conducting basic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
Maintain documentation related to compliance standards, including policies, procedures, and audit records.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.

Your skills & qualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
2+ years - Windows server/workstation OS troubleshooting to the component level
2+ years - Microsoft SCCM/Intune troubleshooting
2+ years - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with patching on servers and workstations.
2+ years - Direct or indirect problem determination and resolution
1+ years - Experience with Patch My PC.
1+ years - Remediation of out-of-date software
1+ years - Experience with Autopilot in a Hybrid Environment preferred.
1+ years - Intune and Azure (EntraID) experience
1+ years - Tenable experience
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications at a high level.
ITIL4 Foundation Certification desired.
Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
