1. Hỗ trợ người dùng và vận hành nghiệp vụ phần mềm tuyển dụng & nhân sự (như SAP SuccessFactors, hệ thống ATS, CRM…), bao gồm:

• Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ người dùng nội bộ trong quá trình sử dụng các hệ thống tuyển dụng & nhân sự (SAP SuccessFactors, ATS, CRM…).
• Tiếp nhận, tổng hợp các lỗi/sự cố, phối hợp với IT/nhà cung cấp để xử lý.
• Đóng vai trò đầu mối nghiệp vụ trong quá trình kiểm thử, UAT, chuyển đổi hoặc nâng cấp hệ thống.

2. Đề xuất và triển khai cải tiến hệ thống, công nghệ nhằm số hóa, tự động hóa các bước trong quy trình tuyển dụng.

• Đề xuất, đóng góp ý tưởng cải tiến để tối ưu hóa hệ thống và quy trình tuyển dụng.
• Nghiên cứu, tham gia triển khai các giải pháp số hóa, tự động hóa và AI (RPA, chatbot/callbot, đánh giá CV tự động, gợi ý ứng viên phù hợp, phản hồi thư mời/phỏng vấn tự động…) nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining our technology infrastructure while working closely with Development and Operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable application development and deployment processes.RESPONSIBILITIES• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Build and maintain development, staging, and production environments• Manage containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation• Set up monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)• Monitor application and infrastructure performance• Implement security best practices and manage credentials securely• Automate build, test, and deployment processes• Support development teams with deployment and troubleshooting• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis

Primary Objectives• The operational health of application systems in a 24x7x365 production environment and will research, identify and implement solutions as well as perform computer and/or network security vulnerability assessments and identify, evaluate and mitigate security risks• Support users on trading platform and work with collection of custom applications and systems operating on different OS.Main responsibilities• Operate, monitor, and diagnose Derivatives trading system and DR site• Research, design, develop and implement solutions for fault, performance, capacity, and configuration management for applications. Will work in conjunction with Infrastructure teams to identify combined, centralized solutions• Designs, develops and implements documentation or tools appropriate to the maintenance of application platforms• Develops, improves, modifies and assesses security architecture in a hosting-based environment• Responds to all system security weak points and partners with other teams and third-party vendors to resolve security issues• Provide Tier 2 support to issues escalated from Service Desk team. Interface with development teams to resolve Tier 3 ‘in code‘ issues. On-call support for escalated off-hours issues• Execution and maintenance of internal SLAs developed with business stakeholders
