Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.
Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
Experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn.
Understanding of frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good English communication skills to work effectively in an international environment.

Xử lý triệt để việc re-render thừa, đảm bảo bảng giá cập nhật real-time mượt mà (60 FPS), xử lý hàng ngàn bản ghi dữ liệu mà không gây lag trình duyệt.Giám sát Hệ thống (Monitoring) & Xử lý sự cố:• Thiết lập và quản lý hệ thống giám sát lỗi tập trung (DevTools, Sentry, LogRocket, Datadog...) để phát hiện sớm các lỗi xảy ra trên trình duyệt của khách hàng.• Chủ động theo dõi log, phân tích tỉ lệ lỗi và đưa ra phương án xử lý (Hotfix) thần tốc, đặc biệt là trong giờ giao dịch cao điểm.Ứng dụng AI & Giao tiếp (Communication):• Sử dụng thành thạo các AI Agent (Antigravity, Cursor, Copilot, Claude...) để tăng tốc độ viết code, Unit Test và tối ưu hóa logic nghiệp vụ.• Đóng vai trò "phiên dịch viên" kỹ thuật: Giải thích các rào cản công nghệ cho bộ phận nghiệp vụ (BA/PO) và đề xuất giải pháp thay thế hiệu quả.• Giao tiếp kỹ thuật trực tiếp với khách hàng để làm rõ các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật.

- Own and oversee the resort's full IT infrastructure, including: server and security infrastructure (VMware virtualisation, firewall systems, and cyberattack prevention and detection solutions); enterprise-scale network (a WiFi controller managing 1,000+ access points, core switches, and 800+ distribution and access switches); and hospitality systems (PMS Opera, POS Infrasys, Sun Systems for Finance & Accounting, Cadena HRM, VingCard door lock system, and Microsoft 365).

- Shape and drive the resort's IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap in alignment with the Board of Directors.

- Lead a multidisciplinary IT team spanning system administration, network management, and helpdesk operations.

- Plan and steward the annual IT budget across CAPEX and OPEX, balancing operational needs with strategic investment.

- Oversee system deployment, upgrades, and monitoring — maintaining service levels and minimising downtime across all platforms.

- Ensure the integrity of information security, data protection, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.

Consider materials usage, packaging cube (size) and packing labor contents.• Communicate packaging structural design proposals and resolve packaging structural issues with head office and regional offices.• Provide packaging materials, dimension and performance specifications• Work closely with project engineering team to support key project milestone dates and ensure project start production on time.• Work with printer and manufacturing vendor to provide packaging structural cost estimates• Coordinate and address related packaging issues between printer and manufacturing vendor• Verify and approve packaging structural sample (PPSR) before production start• Propose various packaging alternatives to project engineering team. Strive to achieve best cost benefits. • Support company sustainability initiatives to reduce plastics usage. Look for environmental friendly packaging structural design options when applicable.• Carry out other related works assigned by supervisor such as packaging data collection, photo shooting, carton dimension checking, etc..

IT Operations

• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel

• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting

• Coordinate, manage and oversee projects, document process

• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network

• Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services

• Liaise with vendors and work with users at all level

• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses

Team Management

• Interview, select and recruit direct reports

• Identify and develop team members with potential

• Conduct performance review with the team

• Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism

• Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees

• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
