The transformation Program Solution Architect is accountable and responsible for shaping and executing an end-to-end solution architecture strategy and execution for enterprise transformation program, across 19 countries, centered on Oracle NetSuite Financial, ensuring business and technical coherence, solution and process integrity that is grounded on pragmatism, and full strategic alignment with Group Technology strategy and roadmap. This role bridges business outcome (Financial, Operations) with technical design and execution (NetSuite, system-integration, data governance and data operation), acting as the single authority for solution design, risk mitigation, and cross-stream orchestration. In the process, this role will form tight-coupling and partnership with Group Technology’s Oracle NetSuite Product Team, relevant implementation partners, project manager, and PMO.The initial remit of the role is to take the lead of Solution Architecture through implementation and stabilization as we roll out NetSuite across our businesses, with potential transition into broader enterprise architecture responsibilities subject to program outcomes and mutual agreement.1. Strategic Architecture Ownership• Evolve the Global NetSuite Blueprint into implementation-ready, actionable solution with clear process, integration pathway that balance the global standardization (80%) with localized compliance (20%)• Supporting Middleware and Data Team in master data governance framework definition, specific and related to NetSuite deployment (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Revenue code, Charge Code, Country Code, Legal Entity structure/code) and take active role in data stewardship model.• Fully accountable for architecture, both long-term and interim architecture, to manage and derisk any delivery-risks and transition-risks.2. Program Alignment• Translate transformation objectives into technical guardrails (APIs, middleware, data flows)• Partner with Middleware and Data Platform team to design scalable integration architecture (real time vs batch) and data maturity and quality assurance.• Partner with Operational System and Functional System (HRMS) to design relevant touchpoints, ensuring smooth operation and data flow, minimizing any duplicate entries, manual entries.3. Program Execution and Delivery Solution Design & Validation• Act as Lead solution authority during critical design and validation phases.• Lead cross-functional workshops to translate Global blueprint into executable design, including localization. This includes translating business requirements into scalable, cross-functional solution designs.• Resolve critical gaps (legacy/current system incompatibilities, data quality, global blueprint).• Provide full oversight and take joint-ownership with the NetSuite Product team in project implementation execution, cutover planning, data migration (assurance and sequencing), go-live readiness review, and post-go-live stabilization (hyper care) until transition to BaU.Risk & Dependency Management• Identify and mitigate solution interdependencies• Enforce architectural coherence during project implementation and sprint cycle to minimize and avoid technical debt.• Take ownership in continual architectural and solution update as we journey through 19 countries implementation.• Work with project manager and PMO to monitor progress (functional and technical) against program delivery milestones as part of active risk management.4. Governance & Decision AuthoritySteering Committee• Participate in Transformation Steering Committees and Governance Boards.• Present trade-offs (e.g. standardization vs localization, customization vs out of the box solution, etc) to steering committee with risk and ROI analysis.• Document and socialize any Architecture Decision Records (ADR) tied to business outcomes as defined by Group Technology Guidelines. Compliance & Standards• Govern master data ownership models (Finance: Charge codes, COA, Operation, Customer, Principal, Suppliers, Items, Unit of Measure)• Audit solution designs against regulatory requirement (data privacy, PII, GDPR, local taxation laws)5. Stakeholder Engagement• Act as a bridge between IT, finance, operations, and business units to align on priorities. Executive Sponsorship:• Secure buy-in for standardization by demonstrating TCO reductions (e.g., $2M saved via unified COA).• Manage conflicting demands (e.g., country-specific invoicing needs) through phased solution roadmaps.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Align IT, Finance, and Operations on integration SLAs (e.g., order-to-cash latency thresholds).• Mentor technical leads on NetSuite best practices (e.g., script governance, role-based access).6. Foundational Deliverables• End-to-End Solution Blueprint, starting from recently signed off Global Blueprint.• Integration Architecture and Data Flow Diagrams, with mapping.• Master Data Ownership and Stewardship Model• Critical System and Process Gap Analysis• Solution Traceability Matrix• Final Cutover Readiness Solution Review Package
