MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC VÍ TRÍ ĐẢM NHIỆM 

• Nghiên cứu và phân tích xu hướng công nghệ, xu hướng trị trường 
• Nghiên cứu, cập nhật, các sản phẩm, hệ thống, giải pháp công nghệ thông tin: Phần mềm giám sát an ninh VMS, các nền tảng, flatform AI, thiết bị an ninh, thiết bị CNTT 
• Áp dụng, ứng dụng các sản phẩm thành hệ thống giải pháp nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng/công ty 
• Khảo sát thực trạng, nhu cầu của khách hàng/công ty theo nhu cầu sử dụng/ứng dụng sản phẩm; 
• Tư vấn sản phẩm, xây dựng giải pháp công nghệ thông tin cho khách hàng/công ty 
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với cán bộ kinh doanh trong việc tư vấn, xây dựng giải pháp nhằm đạt hiệu quả kinh doanh; Xây dựng hệ thống tài liệu, văn bản, cơ sở dữ liệu về các sản phẩm, giải pháp công nghệ thông tin thuộc lĩnh vực kinh doanh của công ty 
• Quản lý sản phẩm, giải pháp được giao nhằm phát triển sản phẩm, giải pháp đúng lộ trình và mang lại hiệu quả 
• Quản trị triển khai các dự án (phần kỹ thuật) liên quan đến sản phẩm, giải pháp đã tư vấn cho khách hàng 
• Đào tạo, chia SẺ kiến thức sản phẩm giải pháp cho khách hàng, đối tác và nội bộ công ty; Hỗ trợ quản trị hệ thống, hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin của công ty 
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác thực hiện các công việc chung của công ty

• Phân tích, tối ưu hóa tham số ứng dụng
• Tác động vào ứng dụng – Change: thông qua việc phối hợp với các bên liên quan: DEV, NET, DBA, Máy chủ
• Điều phối, xử lý các lỗi ghi nhận từ ứng dụng (issues, problems): khoanh vùng, phối hợp với các bên (nội bộ, bên ngoài) đánh giá và xử lý
• Phân tích log, đánh giá đề xuất, phối hợp với các bên đưa ra giải pháp cải thiện chất lượng ứng dụng, cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng
• Tham gia các dự án với vai trò quản lý ứng dụng: cài đặt, triển khai,… theo mô hình DevOps

- Lập kế hoạch và thực thi kế hoạch trong địa bàn được phân công.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân sự trong phạm vi địa bàn phụ trách.
- Tổ chức bán phần mềm hỗ trợ bán hàng ALOJOSHOP và CRM
- Báo cáo công việc trực tiếp cho giám đốc kinh doanh của công ty

• Triển khai sản phẩm phần mềm của công ty : Phần mềm quản lý Lễ Tân/Nhà Hàng, Phần mềm Quản Lý Kế toán.

• Khảo sát và tư vấn nghiệp vụ quản trị nhân sự cho khách hàng.

• Hỗ trợ phần mềm cho khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng.

• Viết tài liệu sản phẩm theo yêu cầu công ty.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được phân công
 

• Thiết kế, triển khai, và tối ưu các mô hình AI trên nền tảng cloud• Quản lý và vận hành hệ thống, đảm bảo hiệu suất và độ tin cậy cao• Tùy chỉnh và tối ưu hóa mô hình cho các mục đích cụ thể của dự án• Phối hợp với các nhóm liên quan để tích hợp mô hình vào sản phẩm và dịch vụ

• Quản lý, vận hành và bảo trì hệ thống Cơ sở Dữ Liệu (CSDL) • Đầu mối sắp xếp, tổ chức, quản lý và hệ thống hóa các báo cáo nội bộ của công ty.• Tham gia phân tích dữ liệu phần mềm/ website cho các dự án của công ty. • Tiếp nhận và phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh • Tiếp nhận, tổng hợp dữ liệu kinh doanh đầu vào.• Thực hiện phân tích và báo cáo nguồn dữ liệu kinh doanh.• Xử lý dữ liệu, theo dõi, cập nhật tiến độ công việc, báo cáo kịp thời.• Lên kế hoạch, xây dựng khung cơ sở, dữ liệu đánh giá hiệu suất công việc của Phòng Kinh doanh. • Phối hợp, tham gia hỗ trợ việc thực hiện xây dựng chỉ số đánh giá.• Giám sát kết quả thực hiện, tổng hợp kết quả theo định kỳ và phân tích công cụ đánh giá hiệu suất.• Báo cáo, đề xuất và phối hợp thực hiện công việc với các phòng ban

Your TasksIn the business division Electronics you will be working with the software test team for electronics control units.• Analyze system and software requirements of automotive electronics module & system over the entire product development cycle;• Design and maintain test specification based on requirements;• Perform test according to test specification;• Bug report and bug trace;• Primarily responsible on design test process and improve the test flow;• Coach assistant and engineer in technical issue;• Take part in the interview process;• Other job assigned by department manager.

Your TasksIn the business division Electronics, you will be working with the software team for Driver-Assistance systems (DAS).• Setup Information Model according Hella develop process.• Define Requirements Engineering for all development domains for the entire development life cycle.• Perform Change Management which ensures that the requested change comes into the product at the correct time with the correct configuration.• Perform the assessment for the Change Management and Baseline.• Interface between the customer system engineer and software team.• Other job assigned by Department Manager.

This position requires skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants who will be responsible for configurations of Dynamics 365 modules, assisting clients throughout the implementation project, providing guidance and support for customized solutions. This position requires knowledge and expertise in the Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central and in functional areas of Finance, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing, and will be involved in full cycle of project implementation.Salary is commensurate with experience.
