JOB SUMMARYThe Global EDI Integration Specialist provides analysis and support to both internal and external customers on EDI-related issues. • Phân tích yêu cầu & Thiết kế giải pháp sản phẩm AI:• Làm việc với các bên liên quan để thu thập, phân tích nhu cầu nghiệp vụ và đề xuất giải pháp AI (Chatbot, Callbot, Virtual Assistant...) nhằm tối ưu vận hành & trải nghiệm người dùng.• Phân tích mối liên kết giữa User – Process – System, đảm bảo sản phẩm AI tích hợp hiệu quả vào hệ sinh thái Vingroup.• Thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng & hội thoại (Conversation Flow), xây dựng kịch bản bot; góp ý UI/UX; sử dụng wireframe/prototype để minh họa.• Quản lý sản phẩm Agile & Viết tài liệu:• Tham gia Scrum/Kanban, quản lý backlog, ưu tiên tính năng, tham dự đầy đủ các nghi thức Agile.• Viết tài liệu nghiệp vụ (SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases), tài liệu đặc thù AI(Intents/Entities, kịch bản hội thoại).• Mô hình hóa nghiệp vụ và luồng hội thoại bằng UML, BPMN, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram.• Phối hợp phát triển & tối ưu sản phẩm:• Truyền đạt yêu cầu rõ ràng cho Dev, Data Scientist, QA/QC; phối hợp chặt chẽ với PO và các stakeholders khác (khách hàng).• Phát hiện & xử lý vấn đề, rủi ro và thay đổi trong quá trình triển khai.• Nghiên cứu & Phát triển chiến lược sản phẩm AI:• Nắm bắt công nghệ AI (NLP, NLU, ML) và giới hạn ứng dụng để đưa ra giải pháp khả thi.• Phân tích insight khách hàng, xu hướng AI/Trải nghiệm số; đề xuất ý tưởng & tính năng phù hợp chiến lược VinSmart Future/Vingroup.
