Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of regional engineers working on critical infrastructure and vendor pieces supporting the company's Observability verticals, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring alignment with team and organizational objectives.
Develop and implement Observability strategies, processes, and best practices around monitoring to improve the troubleshooting journey and reduce time-to-resolution of issues.
Champion the adoption of Observability tools to improve awareness and adoption.
