The Job

• Work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional development team practising continuous delivery and building highly performant applications
• Develop prototypes quickly and deliver production code that can scale.
• Be involved in a full spectrum of development, including new features and new applications but also tools to support experimentation, localisation, and customisation.
• Develop and implement systems using best practices and tools. Document and communicate with them.
• Be creative and experiment with new solutions but pragmatic and committed to code optimization, maintainability, and quality
• Work with product owners and designers to priorities and hone features. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scale.

We are looking for Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

• Maintenance of the modeling algorithms and data structures of the open-source software libraries
• Development of new algorithms according to the strategies of OCCT development
• Bug fix of the existing algorithms.

• Create solution design and implement new features in an agile team
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic via REST API
• Ensure adequate unit tests coverage.

Sparx* is currently looking for a talented Technical Artist who is half engineer and half artist, speaking the language of the programmer but can dance to the tune of an artist.  Dancing between the often blurry line of technical limits and artistic vision.
 

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support of our art teams, inside and outside the 3d application
• Creation of basic automation scripts, small tools inside and outside the 3d application.
• Installation and troubleshooting of art software, plugins and scripts.
• Supporting producers and team leaders in planning deployment of tools.
• Train art teams in use of specific tools and best practices.

Responsibility:

• A series of product developments such as coding, testing, designing system architecture.
• Operating the web platform consisting of at least 4 microservices' modules

• Leading the development team as a TechLead or Engineering Manager after launching MVP

Your primary mission is to achieve Product-Market Fit in a new country. To achieve the goal, you will be responsible for localizing RAKSUL's existing system, with a focus on backend development and marginal optimization in the first six months with Business Owner, Product Owner, and other Tech Leads.

Your Mission

The mission of the Head of Digital Transformation in relation to that is to be the driving force of our organisation's digital transformation in order to meet the evolving needs of the business and to ensure a robust fit for the digital future.

The job holder will serve as a change agent throughout the organisation and be responsible for driving digital adoption, business system innovations, enhancing customer experience and maximizing our operations related to the company ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities

• Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition analog processes to digital ones as well as enhance the existing digital processes
• Foster a digital culture throughout the organisation, drive digital capability development and evaluate resources in relation to the transformation
• Oversee the entire process from both the technical and human perspectives, including managing resistance to change and advance employees to use new software platforms and technologies
• Provide leadership to teammates through coaching, mentoring and be accountable for the overall performance of the transformation team
• Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we’re investing in the appropriate tools and resources
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity
• Support evaluation of vendor’s digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits the company's business requirements
   

• Design and implement Java applications that fulfill employer requirements in our web based reporting system
• Collaborate with/Support our internal customers to provide efficient solutions
• Examine existing code and recommend patches, design overhauls or fixes for broken code
• Develop reports in our web based reporting system
• Develop new and maintain existing data transfer scripts
• Ensure the usage of efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Provide troubleshooting support to users as needed

• Analyze the requirements from customers’ material/transfer from senior BA in business view.
• Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
• Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there is any change requirements from customer.
• Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
• Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue.
• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training…

For Senior Level:
• Define requirement approach for each project.
• Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project.
• Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothly
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshop.
• Analyze business flow and user requirement.
• Document the client’s business requirements in detail.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
• Prepare training material for team members

• Xây dựng và phát triển các ứng dụng (backend) cho Digital Core Banking của Ngân hàng số BAC A BANK Alpha Bank;
• Giám sát, khắc phục các sự cố, làm việc với các đơn vị liên quan nhằm vận hành và cải thiện hiệu suất ứng dụng;
• Quản lý và lưu trữ các mã nguồn, tài liệu kỹ thuật của các ứng dụng;
• Nghiên cứu và phân tích tính khả thi của các công nghệ mới liên quan đến phát triển ứng dụng;

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Trưởng/Phó phòng, Giám đốc Trung tâm CNTT, Giám đốc Khối.
