Management:

• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
• Focusing on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership
• Project estimations, Project Management (Schedule, Bugs, and Quality management)
• Negotiation with customers 
• Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within the stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality

Technical:

• Leads teams in the planning, designing, and developing of software applications or specialized utility programs /network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
• Develop the business continuity plan and framework
• Provide technical guidance, and proper instruction to low-level members

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Quản lý Hệ thống ERP có kinh nghiệm với kiến thức về RDBMS, kỹ năng Excel nâng cao và khả năng phát triển các giải pháp ERP tùy chỉnh. Ứng viên thành công sẽ duy trì hệ thống ERP của chúng tôi (hiện tại là Ecount ERP), hiểu quy trình kinh doanh của chúng tôi và cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhân viên.

Trách nhiệm chính: 

1. Quản lý và duy trì hệ thống ERP của công ty, có kinh nghiệm với Ecount ERP hoặc phát triển ERP tùy chỉnh. 

2. Hiểu toàn bộ quy trình kinh doanh để đảm bảo hỗ trợ ERP hiệu quả. 

3. Sử dụng kiến thức về RDBMS để tối ưu hóa cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu cho hệ thống ERP. 

4. Phát triển các báo cáo tùy chỉnh và công cụ phân tích dữ liệu bằng kỹ năng Excel nâng cao. 

5. Hợp tác với các đội để xác định nhu cầu kinh doanh và chuyển đổi chúng thành yêu cầu ERP. 

6. Thiết kế và triển khai các mô đun và cải tiến ERP tùy chỉnh. 

7. Cung cấp đào tạo, hỗ trợ người dùng cuối và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhân viên.

PURPOSE OF JOB: 

Responsible for the translation of product design wireframes to actual code, including developing and maintaining all the BAEMIN’s external web services, such as brand websites, internal operating web services, and API server if needed.

Deliver web frontend services:

• Build and develop web features on given requirements, collaborate effectively with product designers and backend engineers for external web services, operators who use internal operating services, and backend engineers which provide API;
• Analyze, propose and implement solutions to complex and flexible business features;
• Maintain and improve high-quality in-house JavaScript libraries and toolsets following product design guidelines;
• Work closely with other junior engineers, involve them in constructive and concise code review with peers, especially junior ones;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager;
