Cybozu provides kintone - no-code enterprise application platform for teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Consulting solution for customer to use company’s platform
• Customizing application based on company’s platform according to customer’s requirements
• Customizing web application to create plugin for kintone application
• Integrating company’s system with other cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Service & Microsoft Azure
• Creating client tool, mobile app to access to company’s platform
• Supporting developers who use company’s products via communities and develop libraries, UI Components, writing developer guides to create & customize application. 

• We are responsible for developing Garoon product – collaborative software – of Cybozu Group:
• Developing new features
• Maintaining current features
• Developing a platform providing RESTful API & JS API to customize Cybozu’s product or integrate with other systems
• Developing automation testing
• Executing R&D in new technologies to apply to Cybozu’s product
• Building CI (Continuous Integration) & CD (Continuous Delivery) tools/utilities to support in deploying development environment & automation testing
• Scope of work: analyzing requirements, writing specifications, improving UI/UX, designing database & coding
• Method of development: Agile/Scrum
• Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, NodeJS, Shell Script, C/C++... which can be applied according to the need of work
• Database: MySQL 

Develop and implement quality assurance policies & procedures and perform inspections & quality tests of functionalities, products, processes, designs and user experience

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and cooperate with product and customer/user experience design, IT team to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans & test scenarios and conduct cases of quality assurance tests

Identify issues, monitor debugging process, investigate root causes and contribute to address or propose solutions to resolve issues before launching in production 

Continually identify issues and potential opportunities to improve the customer on-boarding process. Proactively escalate/share inputs with product managers, to accommodate needed changes into product roadmap

Facilitate events of product and functionality tests with customers, volunteers and staff

• Hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm toán nội bộ về CNTT hàng năm
• Thu thập, phân tích thông tin, đánh giá rủi ro, xây dựng thủ tục kiểm toán chi tiết theo phạm vi trách nhiệm được phân công
• Tham gia các cuộc kiểm toán về CNTT theo cấp độ kiểm toán viên: Các chuyên đề CNTT; kiểm toán dự án IT, kiểm toán an ninh thông tin, kiểm toán hạ tầng công nghệ (mạng, máy chủ, các hệ điều hành, các hệ cơ sở dữ liệu, CAATs/SQL, kiểm toán ITGC, các chốt kiểm soát tự động,…), kiểm toán ứng dụng; các dịch vụ ngân hàng số…; đề xuất kiến nghị/khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả các hoạt động/đơn vị được kiểm tra
• Báo cáo các phát hiện kiểm toán lên Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng đoàn KTNB và trao đổi thống nhất với nhân sự đơn vị được kiểm toán
• Chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp theo dõi tình hình khắc phục các khuyến nghị kiểm toán đối với mảng phụ trách
• Tham gia phát triển các công cụ, phần mềm và chương trình, thủ tục KTNB theo phân công; Xây dựng các chính sách và thủ tục kiểm toán liên quan đến CNTT; Hồ trợ xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn kiểm toán CNTT;
• Thực hiện tham mưu, tư vấn, góp ý về việc ban hành các quy chế, chính sách, các hệ thống CNTT của MB theo phân công.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng phòng hoặc BLĐ

• Xây dựng quy trình, hướng dẫn quản trị công nghệ 
• Tham gia xây dựng và vận hành các công cụ đo lường/ hệ thống phần mềm phục vụ cho công tác quản trị rủi ro công nghệ
• Thực hiện giám sát giới hạn an toàn, ngưỡng kiểm soát rủi ro công nghệ đã được thiết lập 
• Phân tích, đánh giá và tư vấn giải pháp phòng ngừa, giảm thiểu rủi ro đối với các quy trình, sản phẩm, dự án mới … của Ngân hàng (thuộc 3 nghiệp vụ Ngân hàng số, Thẻ, CNTT).
• Thu thập thông tin, tài liệu, dữ liệu phục vụ cho việc đánh giá chuyên sâu rủi ro công nghệ theo chuyên đề phân công (đánh giá theo mảng nghiệp vụ, theo sản phẩm …., bao gồm đánh giá hệ thống văn bản + thực tiễn triển khai + dữ liệu hệ thống …) 
• Phối hợp với các Khối/phòng/ban nghiệp vụ phân tích nguyên nhân và đề xuất phương án xử lý, giải pháp hạn chế rủi ro tổng thể, mang tính hệ thống … đối với những sự kiện rủi ro phát sinh (thuộc 3 nghiệp vụ Ngân hàng số, Thẻ, CNTT).
• Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu, hỗ trợ việc thiết lập báo cáo định kỳ/đột xuất theo quy định của NHNN và/hoặc yêu cầu quản trị của MB về thực trạng rủi ro công nghệ phát sinh
• Theo dõi, giám sát quá trình triển khai các giải pháp, kế hoạch hành động đã được Ban lãnh đạo Ngân hàng phê duyệt để phòng ngừa, giảm thiểu rủi ro công nghệ phát sinh

• Tham gia vào thiết kế và lập kế hoạch sản phẩm. Cung cấp các giải pháp kỹ thuật
• Đảm nhiệm việc phát triển tool, tạo business code và thiết kế core architect
• Hoàn thành việc coding, debug module được chỉ định theo như lịch trình, kế hoạch công việc của dự án
• Review source code của dự án. Mở rộng, tối ưu, điều chỉnh hệ thống đã tồn tại theo như yêu cầu của bộ phận nghiệp vụ

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Team to develop the product's new features and enhancements

As a Report/SQL Developer at Public Bank Vietnam, you and your team will be in charge of developing and maintaining an Oracle PSQL-based report program for Data warehouse and reporting. We also run several SQL server databases, so if you're an expert in that area, you'll be very useful. From time to time you also required to perform adhoc task such as data extraction of business related data to assist operation user. We are also  collaborating with our development teams to separate transaction logic and application logic as much as possible through the use of database functions.
