Overview

In this role you will be responsible for the quality of software development of application design and development of application components or multiple application solutions to meet business requirement. We are looking for experienced individuals to manage, coach and grow the team of software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and efficient programs
• Gather requirement, design, test and deploy and support applications
• Maintain current knowledge of standard language, coding methods, and operations requirements
• Thoroughly tests the operation of completed programs and linkage to other programs
• Assists the system analyst to establish file requirements and processing specifications for automated portions of the system
• Build software and deploy to UIS/SIT/UAT environment
• Working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
• Having commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

• Converting business logic into SQL codes by developing complex SQL queries using Store Procedures and Functions in MS SQL Server.
• Optimizing SQL queries and data structure to improve system performance and resolving scalability-related problems.
• Create and manage SQL scheduled jobs.
• Taking part in every aspect of agile software development including planning, designing, building, testing, releasing, and feedback.

• Investigate & gather knowledge of new technologies & new industrial business domain to determine software solution and/or conduct domain-specific software engineering.
• Responsible for implementing, customizing, maintaining & debugging software solution.
• Contribute to test plan & test design; Responsible for developing & executing unit test cases if required.
• Responsible for product review on work done by team mates
• Contribute in system integration, fixing of bugs reported by customer or testing team.

The Mobile Product Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of mobile applications, ensuring that they are of high quality, meet user requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. This individual will lead a team of mobile developers and collaborate closely with other stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Job Description

• Lead the development and delivery of mobile applications including IOS and Android platforms.
• Work with product managers to define product requirements and ensure that they are being met by the development team.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that the mobile applications are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their individual goals and delivering high-quality code.
• Oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and solution design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, supervising system modifications, supervising the source code review, supervising the unit test implementation, review and validate estimation from development team.
• Work closely with other stakeholders, including backend developers, to ensure that the mobile applications are fully integrated with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the mobile space, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the development process.
• Ensure the process compliance for development team.

Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of coordinating task and allocation of team members within testing team.
• Managing and coordinate Test Plan for each test cycle.
• Coordinate and review test cases and artifacts of team members to ensure consistency in testing deliverables.
• Ensure maintenance of test documentation (I.e., test cases, test script, RTM).
• Review and report test status to Test Manager/Project stakeholders.
• Ensuring alignment and adherence to all relevant project policies and processes as per the project management framework.
• Train new members about the test skills, test process.
• Ensure the test team follow the process compliance.
• Multi-tasking, can join/support many projects at the same time.

• Various tasks regarding existing mobile apps. Your day-to-day may include reading through the code, evaluating the app architecture, and giving feedback.
• Adding new features and functionalities to existing mobile apps. Not all of our projects include creating the mobile app from scratch but working on an existing one adding new features or improving its functionality.
• Adding functionalities to the back-end of the app. Your job might not be to be responsible for the back-end yourself, but you should be able to at least understand the field to support the team who is.
• Prototyping focusing on either excellent UX and visual identity or validating the functionalities in practice.

• Transfer and explain the defined features/improvements for other teams (CS, Product team, Designers, and Development team)
• Collaborate with different teams (CS, Product team, Designers, and Development team) to ideate the possible solutions, analyze the pros and cons to compare and choose the best fit solution.
• Perform market research by speaking with customers and prospects, working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions
• Conduct user research by using User Interview and Survey techniques to empathize and understand the users' problems
• Generate insights from users’ feedback and user research results
• Validate solution with users by using mockups, prototypes, and/or presentation
• Maintain product roadmap and feature completions. Notify other teams for important changelogs or upcoming features.
