Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret large sets of data using statistical methods and data analysis tools
• Work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.
• Create and maintain data sets, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain data analysis documentation including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for data quality improvements.
• Design Data Management and Reporting Tools for use across the organization.
• Analysis –effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication – to communicate across business lines and report on findings and processes to executives and colleagues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Problem-solving –find solutions to data management and reporting problems and modify solutions based on changing requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.

Job Summary

As a data scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources. Your primary objective will be to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will enable our organization to make informed decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to provide data-driven solutions to business problems. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing statistical models and algorithms that will help optimize our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Nghiên cứu và thực hiện phát triển các phân hệ phần mềm, các phương tiện phát triển và qui trình phát triển phần mềm.
• Tích cực tham gia vào qui trình phát triển, kiểm soát các yêu cầu từ người dùng để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp.
• Thiết kế và phát triển các giải pháp CNTT nhằm hỗ trợ việc kinh doanh hiệu quả.
• Xây dựng các phân hệ CNTT theo đúng qui chuẩn phát triển phần mềm hiện hành.
• Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật miêu tả đầy đủ việc thiết kế và xây dựng các phân hệ CNTT.
• Thực hiện Unit Test theo đúng yêu cầu từ phía người dùng.
• Tham gia chỉnh sửa các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình sử dụng của người dùng
• Cập nhật và báo cáo tiến độ cho cấp quản lý.
• Đảm bảo các chính sách để quản lý và xử lý lỗi của hệ thống lõi bảo hiểm được chính xác và sử dụng có hiệu quả.
• Làm form bản in bằng Cristal Report kết nối data XML 
• Tìm hiểu hệ thống và viết store procedure để trích xuất báo cáo. Public lên giao diện web để người dùng có thể tự lấy báo cáo. 
• Ngôn ngữ lập trình: SQL Server, MVC5, C#, Javascript, HTML, Net Core 
• Viết batch job, API để tích hợp data giữa các hệ thống 
• Mainternance và config hệ thống dynamic.

Job target

To design, develop, maintain and test products and services, based on input from business analysis.

Operational tasks

• Participates in analysing and estimating new products and projects
• Develops applications based on user stories
• Prepares demo sessions for the stakeholders
• Works closely with QA to build qualitative web applications
• Helps in preparing documentation on the software that was developed

Organizational tasks 

• Follows project requirements, quality standards and deadlines as set in the project specifications
• Applies work procedures, guidelines and instructions in performing the job responsibilities and task
• Depending on the level of expertise, takes part in the technical evaluation of candidates, trains, mentors and coaches newcomers and colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing
• Keeps confidentiality of all company information
• Takes over colleagues’ tasks and responsibilities during holidays or other leaves
• Follows instructions and guidelines when using company equipments (e.g. IT, phone, car) and maintains them in good condition
• Registers the time worked in designated tools (e.g. NetSuite, Jira) and books all absences in advances following internal procedures (eg. NetSuite)
• Provides necessary documents & certifications and fills in required documents as per company and/or department rules and regulations (e.g. criminal record, expense report, attendance sheet)
• Follows Collective Labor Agreement, UnifiedPost Internal Regulations and Fire, Work Health & Safety norms and regulations
• Ensures proper usage of software applications installed on UnifiedPost IT equipment by applying existing rules and recommendations against software viruses
• Maintains software configuration and makes sure that any new software installed is licensed

Will work in close relationship with

Lead Developer, Lead QA, QA, Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT department and Support.

• Define and setup backup architecture on-prem and public cloud 
• Improvement of Backup/ DR solution
• Incident & problem resolution
• Provide level 2 support on escalation
• Manage the capacity planning & backup application performance
• Generate reporting and ensure BACKUP SLA are met
• Manage storage appliances (Tape library, Disk or Cloud)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee Power BI platform & gateways, provide administration support and expertise.
• Provide well-written DAX, data modelling and basic M (Power Query Editor) capability.
• Produce and enhance BI reports & dashboards.

The Position

Among other things, we are currently working on migrating from Atlassian Server to Atlassian Cloud, linking our Magnolia licence server with Salesforce, simplifying our user directory structure, and evaluating new options for VPN access.

What you will do:

• Be a part of the infrastructure team, supporting a variety of business needs;
