Tham gia Next Gen 2023, học viên sẽ được đào tạo & định hướng nghề nghiệp tại vị trí Công nghệ thông tin (IT), hưởng lương và nhiều quyền lợi hấp dẫn khác từ chương trình.
Lộ trình Next Gen 2023:
Sau khi vượt qua vòng Tuyển chọn, các ứng viên sẽ trở thành học viên chính thức của chương trình & trải qua 3 giai đoạn:
Level 1 - Đào tạo: Đào tạo kiến thức tổng quan về ngành tài chính - chứng khoán, văn hóa tuân thủ, hội nhập & ứng dụng CNTT trong ngành
Level 2 - Huấn luyện: Tiếp tục thu nhận các kiến thức chuyên sâu về lĩnh vực CNTT và được huấn luyện có trọng tâm hơn thông qua 100 giờ đào tạo on-the-job training dưới sự kèm cặp của mentor tại phòng IT.
Level 3 - Thực chiến: Trải nghiệm thời gian làm việc thực tế với các kiến thức, kỹ năng và định hướng về công việc được học từ hai level trên.
Kết thúc 3 giai đoạn, những học viên đạt tiêu chí chương trình sẽ được tuyển dụng chính thức.

• Xây dựng các tài liệu của việc chuyển đổi từ Adobe Flex sang Harman Air
• Bảo trì, sửa lỗi cho các ứng dụng Web bằng Adobe Flex trong quá trình chuyển đổi
