• Work closely with a Project Manager, Game Designer in each project with the Game Product Team, Marketing and publishing team in Korea.

Job Responsibilities: Conduct technical task under Supervisor:

• Actively involved in the product design and development process, from requirement & design, solution architecture, through integration, release & maintenance

JOB PURPOSE :
Work in technical supporting roles, main purposes of this role are:
- Involve in Project team as technical part for integration
- Provide 1st level technical support toward requests, issues or problems that are reported by users.

KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Rolling out application:
- Involve in all stage of project: prepare test environment, support to test and support to rolling out.
- Onside implementing system (D365, DH App, and others as requested)
- Support to install and configure system
- Document all technical needed to able to roll out in next factories quickly and safety.
2. Technical support
- Working with supplier to build integration base on direction of project team and assure it work as expected.
- Work together with functional to solve technical issues and data related to integration between inside DH App or with ERP.
- Configure integration if new request
- Support to install and configure applications (Databases, execute files, configuration related to systems)
- Prepare and execute plan of backup solution of De Heus Application
- Support to prepare Recovery procedure including database, execute files, docker, windows and configuration need.
3. Develop and maintain reports/printouts
- Support to analyse and develop/modify all printouts in De Heus Application
- Support to roll out reports or printouts to factories and end-users
- Querying and database programming (triggers, procedures, functions)
- Creating reports with Reporting Services, Crystal Report)
4. Enhance system:
- Support to enhance performance of system (enhance query performance in query, and configuration of SQL Server, Docker, and Windows)

• Planning and development of business logic
• Writing reusable code and tests
• Designing APIs to support integrations
• Participating in code reviews
• Translation of product specifications into tasks or tickets
• Integration of data from various web services

• Xây dựng thiết kế các kiến trúc tích hợp dữ liệu, phân tích dữ liệu cũng như các cấu phần trong nền tảng datalake, data warehouse
• Tham gia tư vấn kiến trúc và tích hợp dữ liệu trong các sáng kiến/ dự án trong và ngoài công ty
• Tham gia nghiên cứu, triển khai các giải pháp công nghệ data/bigdata

• Thực hiện kiểm thử:
  • Đọc hiểu các tài liệu đặc tả hệ thống, yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, tài liệu thiết kế liên quan.
  • Lập kế hoạch test và thiết kế testcase.
  • Thực hiện test sản phẩm dựa trên testcase.
  •  Quản lý và phân tích kết quả test.
  • Theo dõi kết quả test, viết báo cáo test,
  • Thực hiện tốt các công việc khác khi được giao từ cấp trên
  • Trao đổi, thảo luận, đề xuất, góp ý với các thành viên trong team góp phần hoàn thiện dự án.
• Quản lý nhân sự trong nhóm:
  • Điều động, phân chia công việc phù hợp, hiệu quả
  • Giám sát, đánh giá, báo cáo công việc nhân sự hàng ngày, tuần, tháng, năm hoặc theo yêu cầu của BLĐ
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý mọi vấn đề phát sinh của nhóm
• Tuyển dụng và Đào tạo:
  • Tham gia phỏng vấn, đánh giá, tuyển dụng nhân sự mới
  • Chuẩn bị môi trường, hỗ trợ nhân sự mới làm việc
  • Đánh giá thử việc và sắp xếp công việc phù hợp cho nhân sự mới
  • Đào tạo nhân sự mới và nhân sự hiện tại phù hợp với yêu cầu của dự án
• Nghiên cứu và phát triển:
  • Nghiên cứu và phát triển giải pháp quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm
  • Nghiên cứu và triển khai các công cụ, kỹ thuật làm việc
  • Nguyên cứu và phối hợp triển khai CI/CD
  • Nghiên cứu và triển khai automation test, performance test, security test, database test.

• Tham gia triển khai các dự án:
  • Thiết kế giải pháp, đánh giá và lựa chọn các công nghệ, giải pháp tối ưu cho dự án.
  • Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn và mục tiêu kỹ thuật cho dự án
  • Chuẩn bị môi trường phát triển, phát hành. Đào tạo hướng dẫn các thành viên.
  • Tham gia triển khai giải pháp.
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ thuật dự án: giải pháp, code, ….
  • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho Khách hàng và các thành viên
  • Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh, sự cố hệ thống.
  • Đầu mối làm việc với đối tác về giải pháp và tích hợp.
• Nghiên cứu và phát triển công nghệ mới:
  • Tham gia thiết kế, xây dựng kiến trúc hệ thống, giải pháp công nghệ phần mềm theo hướng hiện đại, hiệu quả
  • Nghiên cứu công nghệ giải pháp kỹ thuật mới liên quan đến phần mềm
  • Tổ chức buổi hội thảo công nghệ định kỳ hàng tháng
  • Đánh giá về hiện trạng kỹ thuật, công nghệ công ty và đề xuất cải tiến hàng tháng
  • Đảm bảo các quy trình kỹ thuật được hoạt động hiệu quả
• Đào tạo:
  • Đánh giá trình độ nhân sự Dev khi kết thúc thử việc và chu kỳ 6 tháng
  • Tổ chức đào tạo kỹ thuật công nghệ cho nhân sự Dev hàng tháng
  • Tổ chức hoạt động công nghệ giúp kích thích tinh thần học tập, phát triển bản thân tương tự như các cuộc thi, ghép cặp, …
  • Hỗ trợ nhân sự Dev hoàn thiện bản thân và phát triển theo con đường sự nghiệp.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

• Tham gia vào nhóm dự án phát triển và duy trì một sản phẩm hệ thống phần mềm rất lớn của Tập đoàn Nissho Japan về quản lý quy trình kinh doanh. Sản phẩm hiện đang được triển khai cho rất nhiều khách hàng là các công ty, doanh nghiệp tại Nhật Bản thuộc da dạng các lĩnh vực (tài chính, ngân hàng, doanh nghiệp, khách sạn,…).
• Phối hợp cùng với Project Manager/Team Leader hiện tại, chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo kiến trúc hệ thống, và xử lý các vấn đề kĩ thuật của các dự án, đảm bảo chất lượng dự án một cách toàn diện.
• Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ về mặt kỹ thuật cho nhóm từ 3-5 thành viên, giúp giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong dự án.
• Thực hiện detailed design, coding, review code, unit test,… khi công việc yêu cầu.
• Các công việc khác trong phạm vi của vị trí tuyển dụng.
