As a Senior Software Tester, you will have full oversight of the software engineering process, from creating the test concept until the internal and external hand-over of the application. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Conducting manual application tests and analyzing errors in close teamwork with the project members.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, requirement engineers and solution architects) to identify system requirements
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Review test cases and provides feedback how to improve the test-cases to members
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Perform strong test strategies
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

Manage and guarantee operation of team of 40 members and more to develop, enhance software for Toshiba products and solutions. The team will use variety of common technologies from Web (full stack of Java .NET & multiple client technologies) and Desktop/Mobile application depends on each components’ requirement of complicated system. Based on customers’ requirement, there may be request of quick investigation of new & latest technology and implementing Demos/Prototypes.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Establishing estimation, proposing development solution with customer
• Making project plan, monitoring and controlling project progress, complying company's process.
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing)

Job Purpose 

Senior Manager, IT Services is responsible for managing service quality and SLAs, service cost, risk and noncompliance; maintaining relationship with the stakeholders; and deploying and integrating infrastructure systems from small to large, from simple to complex to meet all the needs of the bank's IT infrastructure service provision. 

Key Accountabilities 

Main work: 

- Monitor and ensure service quality targets (Service Level, User satisfaction rate, request readiness rate, missed calls rate). 

- Coordinate with relevant departments to find out the requirements for technology or business support in line with the operation and development needs of the bank. 

- Investigate customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction after receiving support. 

- Analyze, evaluate, make suggestions, recommendations, and coordinate implementation to improve the quality of services. 

- Propose, build budget allocation according to the operation plan, and manage the unit's operating costs according to the approved budget. 

- Supervise and control the investment provided to technology units and projects, complying with the process of procurement investment and asset management. 

- Participate in or directly compile processes, regulations and instructions related to services. 

- Develop communication strategy and establish communication channels to stakeholders for service impacts, incidents and problems. 

- Deploy and integrate infrastructure systems from small to large, from simple to complex to meet all the needs of the bank's IT infrastructure service provision. 

- Report periodically to the Operation Director. Risk management and compliance: 

- Identify risks and non-compliance of the services, and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in operations.

Service Management: 

- Build financial plans (OPEX, CAPEX) for each year. 

- Ensure the unit's operating costs under the approved budget and assess the efficiency of the service costs. 

- Support to resolve PCI DSS gaps and risks. 

- Performance maintenance tasks for IT systems (timely renew support/maintenance contract).

The Senior Backend Engineer (SBE) designs complex backend technology solutions, develops code, and tests and maintains new and existing systems. As part of Floware’s Infrastructure & Security team, he partners closely with development teams to define scope and requirements for reusable services with integration services and APIs, and to use appropriate technology solutions for the business. The BE is a key member of the team responsible for delivering robust solutions while defining backend standards for all development teams at Floware VN.

The Senior DevOps/CloudOps Engineer plays the vital role of designing, optimizing, implementing new features, securing, and maintaining all of Floware’s Email systems to deliver high performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
