Responsibilities

• Leading a team to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions
• Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documents for software applications
• Determining required resources and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements
• Monitoring, reviewing team members work to ensure that the development process follows best practices and industry standards

Primary Role of Position: 

The Dynamics Integration Specialist II works with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and 3rd party consultants to engineer and deploy the integration component between the TrueCommerce Translation Software and the customer’s existing ERP systems.  This role is responsible for ensuring the Integration is customized to the customers unique business needs.  This role is responsible for being a designated subject matter expert in the Integration Mapping Component on designated ERP systems, becoming the go to resource for issues pertaining to the specified mapping platform that exceed beyond applicable team knowledge.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Trở thành Project Manager của sản phẩm mình phát triển:

• Xây dựng và phát triển các dự án Game mobile trên nền tảng Unity cho Android và iOS. 
• Phối hợp trực tiếp với các thành viên Product (GD, Artist, Tester, Animator,...) và bộ phận Marketing (UA), Business Intelligent, Monetize để phát triển, vận hành và tối ưu sản phẩm.
• Tò mò, thích học hỏi để nghiên cứu công nghệ mới nhằm cải thiện và nâng cao Game Quality (ANR, Crash, Ingame Metrics, Performance....).
• Theo dõi và bám sát hằng ngày sự thay đổi của các chỉ số vận hành sản phẩm: Retention, Impressions, Engagemnet Time, ARPU...
• Cùng team phân tích, nghiên cứu thị trường nhằm đánh giá, chủ động đưa ra ý kiến, tìm kiếm idea game tiềm năng trên Android & IOS.
• Sáng tạo ý tưởng, đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu hóa cho các tính năng mới trong sản phẩm/ trong cách làm.

2. Tham gia quá trình xây dựng team dev; chia sẻ và cùng phát triển chuyên môn các bạn dev của công ty.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Data Engineering:

• Work closely with engineering teams to help to build data solutions for BAEMIN;
