Implementing advertising campaigns and building brands through Digital Marketing activities (In house Performance Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Affiliate Marketing…) and channels Meta, Google, Instagram, Tiktok,..
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms and algorithms
Analyse user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation across the user journey
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives
Planning and executing User Acquisition campaigns to boost app installations, sign-ups, usage and brand growth

Create reports for the management routinely, including audience, traffic, and ranking, to facilitate the decision-making process

What you’ll bring

1. In-depth expertise in the Energy & Utility Sector, specifically in Power Grid/Power Transmission & Distribution.

2. Exposure to and functional knowledge of DMS/EMS would be advantageous.

3. Knowledge of Grid management business processes, as well as practical experience working with grid operators or as an external consultant

4. Be familiar with the Grid monitoring and protection, distributed energy integration and energy balancing and other techniques being used to improve the stability of grid.

5. Should have taken care of domain consulting, digital solution development , client requirement gathering, use case definitions, functional test case definitions & functional test execution as well as, reporting daily progress to the client & internal program stakeholders.

6. Ability to manage stakeholders, organise consulting or functional work, and accept responsibility for project outcomes.

7. Possess knowledge of digital grid solutions and have experience in at least 2/3 digital solution implementation.

8. A track record of implementing at least 1 grid modernization project (ADMS/DERMS/DRMS/VPP)

• Efficiently design, develop, optimize and maintain code that is reusable and scalable;

The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will report to the IT Service and Infrastructure Manager, and handle the following responsibilities:

1.Network Setup and Configuration:

• Design, set up, and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other network segments.
• Install and support VM, Server OS, network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer, access point and other networking equipment.
• Maintain network security devices to protect against unauthorized access, breaches, and other security threats.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and take appropriate measures to safeguard the network.
• Manage network security, vulnerability equipment or systems (Setting of firewall, Anti-Spam, etc).

2.Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.

3.Network Monitoring:

• Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic to optimize efficiency.
• Implement network monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Monitor network and system real-time and logs for operation and security potential issues, proactively involved in operational/security issue recovery.
• Keep track of network issues to record incident report.

4.Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Keep an inventory of network equipment, including specifications and warranty information.

5.IT and Security Policy: 

• Comply with the Security policy and configure network devices and servers to enforce the security policies (where it is applicable).
• Participate in developing network-related policies and procedures to ensure meeting with security standards and best practices.

6.Actively research and propose system solutions.

7.Other tasks assigned by superiors.
