Key Responsibilities:

- Phối hợp cùng đội phát triển xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết để triển khai dự án, hỗ trợ theo dõi, cập nhật tiến độ dự án;
- Soạn thảo và ban hành tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng sản phẩm công nghệ cho người dùng cuối;
- Tham gia đào tạo trực tiếp về sản phẩm, tính năng công nghệ cho bộ phận hỗ trợ IT và cán bộ nghiệp vụ nếu cần thiết;
- Xây dựng, cải tiến các mẫu tài liệu phục vụ phân tích, kiểm thử, quy trình phát triển ứng dụng;
- Tham gia giám sát quá trình kiểm thử nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng của hệ thống đáp ứng đúng và đủ yêu cầu đã đặt ra.

The Opportunity with Billing SaaS Experiences
Core Billing provides the foundation for client invoicing, billing & subscriptions across Ascenda's many services across our ecosystem. Think tiered subscriptions, usage computations, billing cycles, dates, currencies model computation for providing to our customers a clear, transparent and rewarding experience for using Ascenda's many services.
The Billing Experience team builds client-facing services that helps Ascenda's customers quickly start, efficiently operate, and easily scale any business model without code or complex integrations. Our end users depend on our many Rewards Products to make it easy for themselves and their customers to manage subscriptions, invoices, and payments. We deliver these capabilities at scale to manage thousands of checkouts a day, for businesses ranging from exciting, fast moving fintechs to large, world-spanning banks & airlines.
The Billing team is responsible for charting the strategy and laying the rails required to track, meter usage & purchases at scale. These building blocks include a standard model serving pricing logic across all apps, an event-driven tracking framework, an invoicing service, and more.
These systems will span the entirety of our ecosystem across every product in Ascenda including our points ledger, payment acceptance, loyalty member enrollments & onboarding, travel bookings, fraud and this list continues to expand.
