• The Axon Records QA team consists of a mix of talented manual testers and creative automation engineers who balance their skills to best analyze and mitigate risk areas of our software product. As the QA Engineering Manager, you will ensure that we focus on the right aspects of product quality at the right time. Your leadership will help the QA, Product, and Engineering organizations align on common goals for quality and customer acceptance making sure our customers have a great experience with our products.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a team of manual testers and automation engineers to investigate and measure quality of the Axon Records product across a variety of criteria.
• Develop a risk-based test plan to determine the highest areas of risk in the product
• Lead and mentor employees
• Focus on scale: Deliver solutions that can be quickly adapted to changing scenarios.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and impactful feedback
• Represent the customer in all aspects of product quality.
• Produce detailed reports documenting test results and process to be provided to the engineering team.

Your Impact

Our Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) team is solving difficult cloud and local storage challenges. Axon manages massive amounts of digital files – tens of petabytes from thousands of first responders worldwide. The DEMS team works on improving workflows for the ingestion, playback, management & access control, searching, and sharing of case related files, increasing efficiency within the justice system. What You’ll Do

Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Remote
Reports to: Director of Product Design, Axon Evidence
Direct Reports: 2-3 product designers initially

• Manage a team of 2-3 product designers and own parts of the cases & sharing experience across the DEMS organization and collaborate on cross product strategy for Axon-wide cases & sharing workflows.
• You'll have ownership of the full design process, from partnering with product managers on initial research and discovery through concepting, detailed design, testing, and ongoing design iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers in field research with domestic and international law enforcement agencies and help transform that research into practical, scalable solutions using a variety of research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.
• Produce artifacts that define and communicate your solutions. It will be up to you, but we generally use a combination of journey maps, architecture diagrams, wireframes, final designs, interaction diagrams, and prototypes.
• Communicate your solutions within the team and across the organization to gain buy-in and support through building alignment and articulating your vision through strong storytelling and presentations skills. You will present product and feature design proposals up to the executive level.
• Collaborate with feature and product teams to think in terms of broad platform and systems strategy to ensure consistent user experiences for our customers across all products.
• Work closely with business, product and engineering stakeholders.
• Research design trends, customer behavior, competition and current technologies to inform the work you are doing.
• Contribute to defining global design patterns, vision, and processes for Axon products.
• Be an ambassador, mentor other designers and a champion for the design culture at Axon.

• Phối hợp với PO/BA để nắm được nhu cầu người dùng bao gồm functional và non-functional requirement.
• Phối hợp với Backend team để đưa ra phương án kỹ thuật chung hợp lý, đảm bảo hiệu năng và bảo mật cao cho hệ thống.
• Thiết kế và thực hiện giải pháp front-end đáp ứng khả năng tái sử dụng và mở rộng các thành phần giao diện (pages, components, widgets).
• Thực hiện tối ưu front-end để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho người dùng.
• Nghiên cứu các công nghệ mới mang lại trải nghiệm tốt hơn cho người dùng và hiệu năng tốt hơn cho hệ thống (micro front-end architect,  kết hợp SSR và CSR etc.)
• Phản hồi cho Product team về các vấn đề liên quan giao diện người dùng.

Trực tiếp triển khai một trong các dự án của Trung tâm công nghệ như:
– Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý tại các kho (Warehouse management system):
– Xây dựng API, trao đổi dữ liệu, điều khiển các thiết bị trong kho như các hệ thống chia chọn hàng hóa tự động, các màn hình mobile, màn hình LED hiển thị thông số dưới kho,…
– Xây dựng hệ thống web, dashboard, quản lý dữ liệu xuất nhập kho,..
– Đồng bộ dữ liệu của hệ thống dưới kho về cơ sở dữ liệu tập trung và các hệ thống khác của GHTK;
– Thiết kế, tích hợp, triển khai các logic phục vụ logic vận hành dưới kho;
– Xây dựng, phát triển và vận hành hệ thống Cyber Security của GHTK.

Data Engineer

• Tham gia phát triển và triển khai các dịch vụ sử dụng các công nghệ Big Data: Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, …
• Nghiên cứu, xây dựng, tối ưu các Job ETL có khả năng mở rộng linh hoạt với độ tin cậy cao, phục vụ cho việc khai thác/ingest, tổng hợp các loại dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau; 
• Quy hoạch, thiết kế các công cụ nền tảng, công cụ giám sát, cảnh báo KPI chất lượng số liệu… để tự động giám sát hiện trạng của hệ thống, chất lượng dữ liệu giúp đưa ra các cảnh báo kịp cho team
• Nghiên cứu và quy hoạch các công cụ khai thác, phân tích số liệu (Big Data OLAP, Notebook …)

Data Scientist

• Phối hợp với nghiệp vụ phân tích vấn đề kinh doanh, phân tích khám phá (EDA), mô hình hóa dữ liệu để tìm ra xu hướng kinh doanh, hình mẫu, bản chất của hiện tượng, hành vi người dùng,…và đưa ra các nhận định trong việc ứng dụng khai thác dữ liệu vào hoạt động kinh doanh tạo ra giá trị. Tư vấn cho nghiệp vụ, đội ngũ BA/DA về hướng triển khai ứng dụng học máy, học sâu vào hoạt động kinh doanh.
• Xây dựng mô hình học máy giải quyết các bài toàn phát triển kinh doanh.
• Xây dựng luồng ETL tổng hợp dữ liệu, tiền xử lý, trích xuất đặc trưng với định dạng phù hợp với mục đích xây dựng từng loại mô hình.
• Nghiên cứu công cụ, giải pháp, thuật toán nhằm xây dựng mô hình học máy, học sâu trên quy mô dữ liệu lớn với Pyspark, Tensorflow/Pytorch,… ứng dụng triển khai các chương trình kinh doanh, marketing, ứng dụng xây dựng hệ thống khuyến nghị, tích hợp gia tăng hiệu quả app/web…
• Nghiên cứu thiết kế, cài đặt, tối ưu các thuật toán, công nghệ học máy, học sâu triển khai hiệu quả các bài toán.

Analytics Translator

• Hiểu biết về nghiệp vụ ngân hàng: Cần hiểu về ngành ngân hàng, các quy trình kinh doanh
• Kiến thức về dữ liệu và phân tích dữ liệu: Có hiểu biết về các nguồn dữ liệu trong ngân hàng, cách làm sạch và biến đổi dữ liệu, và cách áp dụng phân tích dữ liệu để giải quyết vấn đề và cải thiện hiệu suất kinh doanh.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp: Có khả năng giao tiếp một cách hiệu quả với các bên liên quan kỹ thuật và kinh doanh. Có khả năng biên dịch thông tin kỹ thuật thành ngôn ngữ kinh doanh dễ hiểu.

What you need to do

• Develop, manage and execute test plans that provide comprehensive test coverage at the product and system level.
• Using all forms of requirement documentation, create the test requirements that serve as acceptance criteria for Business, Product Management and/or Digital Channel stakeholders.
• Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts, manual, which exercise the requirements under test.
• Using defect tracking software, manage defect reporting.
• Produce reporting of test preparation activities, test execution, adherence to test schedule as published in the test plan, defect information, and other data significant to test progress
• Represent the QA Team on cross-department quality initiatives and test environment planning.
• Serve as an escalation point for QA Software Tester for test planning and execution issues and project team issues.
• Lead large and complex projects.
• Review and audit QA software test planning and execution.
• Conduct training and best practice sessions with the QA Team.
• Maintain a general knowledge of Credit Union departments and how they interact with each other.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Got It web applications, products, services and processes.
• Maintain general knowledge with all federal and state regulations that affect software testing standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain test schedules within established project management methodologies.
• Maintain the software testing leadership role within project teams.
