ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for Accessibility Tester to expand a11y capability within the Quality Engineering space so we can finally cater to the bank's Accessibility demand. The role is expected to work as an inclusive, collaborative member of the Digital Accessibility team to maintain a unified accessibility standard that is enforced across all of NAB's digital assets.
What will you be responsible for?
- Performing Accessibility gap analyst on task Acceptance Criteria
- Providing Accessibility- Specific requirements for tasks, including required ARIA attribute, sematic HTML markup, and screen reader behavior scenarios
- Perform cross-browser, devices, and screen reader testing
- Logging defects and assisting with solutions and any issues identified above
- Support implementation of best practice Digital Accessibility with internal stakeholder, including recommendation

Must-have skills:
- 2+ years in the design and execution of Manual testing
- Knowledge and experience with accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 (Level AA), standard is essential
- Familiar with one to two of Accessibility tool such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, etc.
- Participate in the creation and improvement of internal accessibility testing standards and processes
- Knowledge of best-practice Accessibility, Usability, Inclusive design, human- centered design principles or similar
- Experience in cross-browser, cross device, and cross-screen reader testing is expected.
- Knowledge basic HTML and CSS, familiarity with iOS/Android design system is desired
- Strong communication in English (both verbal and writing)
