As a Business Development you’ll need to
* Meet with clients, investors, and other stakeholders face-to-face or over the phone, and understand their needs and goals.
* Meeting and finding partners to make IDO or marketing campaigns, deal with them about our package, fee IDO and sell marketing packages.
* Think strategically - see the bigger picture, develop the necessary plans to implement change or craft partnerships.
* Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
* Draw up client contracts and proposals when necessary.
* Maintain a contact database and forge close relationships with a global network of clients/partners/investors.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, etc. - Always be learning!

* Tenacity and drive to seek new businesses, partnerships, and meet or exceed targets.
* A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting external parties.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
* Ability to think strategically and have an analytical mindset.
* Initiative and confidence to take risks and think out of the box.
* Passion for learning continuously outside the comfort zone.
* Enthusiasm for constantly being on the go and meeting new people.
* Good understanding of information technology, go-to-market strategies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Experience as a Business Development and Sales, Sales Executive, or similar roles.
* Have knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus point
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — needed to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous.
* BSc/BA in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance, Strategic Management, or other relevant fields.
* Depending on the type of business, overnight/overseas travel may also be required.
Salary 1200-1500$ + commission
