Senior Business Analyst (English/Japanese) Up to $2500

TJTECH is looking for Senior Business Analyst who is enthusiasm and passionate to work with new technology implementation. Clients of TJTECH are usually the “whale” investors of Asian financial market. They are looking to open financial asset and security exchanges in top financial markets of Asian region such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and design for things relating to Information System (including data model, data integration).
• Analyze and reverse engineer the existing system to describe it in the requirement specifications that can be understood by the project team.
• Transfer Business requirements to the IT Division team or IT vendors.
• Ability to understand Core system modules and other related IT systems to play the first contact point of IT to support business users' requirements as well as other emerging issues.
• Act as the bridge between Business Unit and IT Division or IT vendors to clarify requirements with development team (developers, testers, UI designer) in both business and system analysis view, and facilitate communication among internal team members.
• Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR, and implementation.
• Support UAT in testing, and verifying bugs/issues.
