Umbraco is looking for talented Umbraco developers with excellent communication skills to join our team as Developers in Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, who are web agencies and sometimes interact with developers using Umbraco.
Most communications are done via our first level support but in some cases, you will be expected to directly interact with customer’s development teams.

What will you do?
At Umbraco we have two primary products:
- Umbraco CMS : The Open Source CMS
- Umbraco Cloud: Is a Platform as a Service, built on top of Azure and Cloudflare, to help our customers host their Umbraco Websites
As an Umbraco Developer, you will review customer implementations around the Umbraco features and troubleshoot issues around our customers’ websites on the hosting platform.
Desired skills and experience
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with software development
- At least 2 years of development experience with Umbraco CMS or a .NET CMS.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- C# Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with coordinating and documenting technical issues
- Passion for customer service and providing excellent technical support
- A high level of written and spoken English
Will be advance if you have:
- Experience with Azure cloud computing and the Azure fundamentals certification
