•Trực điện thoại và ghi nhận các yêu cầu từ khách hàng/ nhân viên để hỗ trợ về phần cứng, phần mềm cũng như các thiết bị ngoại vi khác.

•Cài đặt/ bảo trì và cấu hình toàn bộ hệ thống máy tính & thiết bị ngoại vi theo chuẩn yêu cầu từ Công ty Quản lý.

•Chuẩn đoán lỗi và khắc phục sự cố phần mềm và phần cứng máy tính.

•Giám sát, hướng dẫn, bảo mật và trợ giúp nhân viên trong việc sử dụng phần mềm quản lý khách sạn một cách tốt nhất.

•Giám sát và duy trì hệ thống virus – lên kế hoạch phòng và chống Virus, cập nhật bản vá lỗi cho máy tính khách sạn.

•Giám sát và duy trì tính ổn định cho toàn bộ hệ thống mạng cho khách sạn, hệ thống mạng không dây wifi cho khách lưu trú. Đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động 24/7. Bao gồm các hạng mục như sau:

•Quản lý tất cả các server tại khách sạn, duy trì tính ổn định. Lập lịch theo dõi trạng thái hàng ngày/ hàng tháng và lên kế hoạch (năm) về bảo trì bảo dưỡng.

•Quản lý tất cả firewall, router, switch, cập nhật version firmware mới.

•Giám sát tất cả các đường truyền, lập báo cáo cho IT Manager – Công ty Quản lý khi có sự cố xảy ra/ khắc phục.

•Giám sát và duy trì tính ổn định của hệ thống sao lưu và khôi phục dữ liệu cho khách sạn.

•Lập danh sách các dữ liệu cần được sao lưu (backup). Đảm bảo dữ liệu được backup tại 1 nơi an toàn.

•Lên kế hoạch restore thử file sau khi đã backup đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn.

•Lên kế hoạch khôi phục sau thảm họa xảy ra và có phương án dự phòng.

•Giám sát và duy trì tính ổn định của hệ thống quản lý tài sản cố định công nghệ thông tin.

•Giám sát và duy trì tính ổn định của hệ thống kết nối với các hệ thống ngân hàng, các phần mềm khác dành cho kế toán.

CÔNG VIỆC THEO KẾ HOẠCH, ĐỊNH KỲ

•Thực hiện Morning checklist hệ thống gồm các hạng mục sau:

•Đảm bảo internet được thông suốt cho toàn bộ hệ thống mạng khách sạn. Bao gồm cả hệ thống Wifi cho khách.

•Gởi/ nhận mail một cách trơn tru.

•Đảm bảo tất cả các máy Servers & Workstations sẵn sàng hoạt động giao dịch trong ngày.

•Kiểm tra hệ thống mạng nội bộ của khách sạn.

•Kiểm tra servers.

•Kiểm tra hệ thống Wifi.

•Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Quản lý và Trưởng bộ phận.
